Forex and CFDs can wipe out money quickly. Hefi publishes guides, not tips and not accounts. Read the risk disclosure before you risk a kobo.

Send a correction, or a question about a guide

The desk reads mail. It does not take deposits, and the form below does not save what you type.

Use this for a correction, a missing definition, or a question about how a guide is argued. Do not send account numbers, trading passwords, copies of identity documents, or anything you would not want in an ordinary email. We cannot log into a platform for you, and we will not try.

The button opens a draft to [email protected] in your mail app. This website does not store the message. If the draft does not open, write to that address yourself and include the page URL.

What a useful note looks like

The page address, the sentence you dispute, and what you think the sentence should say instead. "Your pip note is wrong" is hard to fix. "On your naira page, a pip is given as 0.01, and my platform's specification calls 0.01 ten pips" is easy to fix, and we want the second kind.

What this address will not do

It will not recover a loss, close a position, or argue with a firm on your behalf. It will not send a signal if you describe your chart vividly enough. It will not certify that a broker is safe because you had a good week with them. Those jobs belong to you, to the firm, and sometimes to a regulator. The desk can say whether a sentence on Hefi is wrong. That is a narrower promise, and it is the one we can keep.

If you are writing about a page, paste the path. /naira-pairs is enough. A paragraph of the sentence, in your own words, is better than a demand that we "check the site". We can check a sentence. We cannot check a mood. And if the mail app does not open, the address is still [email protected]. The form is a convenience, not a gate.

You will not get an autoresponder that pretends a person has already read the note. If the sentence is wrong, the page changes and the date changes. If the sentence is a matter of taste, it may stay, and the reply will say so. Either outcome is slower than a chat, which is the pace a correction deserves.
