Forex and CFDs can wipe out money quickly. Hefi publishes guides, not tips and not accounts. Read the risk disclosure before you risk a kobo.

What Hefi does with a message you send us

Reading the guides requires nothing from you. Writing to the desk is an email, not an account.

Hefi is a set of static pages. You can read every guide without an account, and we do not run a tracker, an advertising pixel, or a cookie banner, because we do not set tracking cookies.

If you write to us

The contact form does not post into a database. It opens a draft in your own email application, addressed to [email protected]. If you send that mail, the message lives in the mailbox the way any other email does. We use it to answer or to correct a page. We do not sell a list, because the site does not collect one.

Please do not include account numbers, passwords, or identity documents. If you do, delete is the only sensible handling, and we would rather you had not sent them.

Ordinary hosting logs

The company that serves the files may keep standard connection logs, such as an address and a requested URL, for security and operations. That is the host's log, not a Hefi profile. We do not add our own analytics on top.

Fonts and images

The typeface is Poppins, self-hosted from this domain under the SIL Open Font License. Interface drawings are ours. Nothing on the page needs a third-party script to be read.

Questions about this note can go to the same desk address. If the practice ever changes, this page will say so in the same tone, with a new date.

What we do not collect because we cannot

There is no login, so there is no password to leak and no profile to sell. The guide finder on the homepage redirects inside this site. It does not send your topic to an advertising network. The glossary filter runs in the browser and forgets the letters when you leave. The position-size form multiplies what you typed and leaves it on the page. Refresh, and the teaching defaults return. None of those boxes are a database.

If you email the desk, you are choosing to hand us the words in the message. Keep them to the correction. A page address and a sentence are enough. An account login would be too much even if you trust us, because a mailbox is a worse place for it than the platform that issued it. We will not ask you to prove you are a trader by sending a statement.

If this note changes

A privacy page that quietly grows a tracker is a broken promise. If we ever add one, this text will say what it is, why it is there, and the date it arrived, in the same plain voice as the guides. Until that date exists, you can read Hefi without accepting a cookie banner, because there is nothing to accept. The fonts are files on this domain. The drawings are files on this domain. The pages are files on this domain.
